Become Vocal Local!
What is meant by the notion “Become Vocal Local!“ Though the general concept is complex, the idea is simple. In law, silence often implies assent. It is almost axiomatic that all politics are local. As globalism transitions from global to local, we become vocal local blocking the globalist agenda, right where we are.
Grammatically, become is a verb, and thus, the predicate; both vocal and local are adjectives which combine as an adjectival phrase in need of a subject, vocal (vocalis) and local (localis) are each latin, hence appear italicized; the exclamation point is that needed subject, completing both the sentence and thought. Therefore, “Become Vocal Local!” is a bold, dynamic, action we take in our towns, cities, counties, and states.
The local voting precinct, variously styled borough, township, ward, inter alia, is the fundamental building block of our existing constitutionally limited republican form of representative government. Political subdivisions with clearly defined boundaries, voting precincts divide individual counties into near equivalent population groupings. As population totals fluctuate over time precinct boundaries will vary.
In all of the approximately 177,000 local voting precincts, which subdivide the approximately 3,066 counties, which themselves subdivide our 50 states and protectorates, with local variations, each of the established political parties bi-annually elect a county committeeman and committeewoman. These political party county committeemen and committeewomen populate as members, each party’s county committee, which are the actual members of that party in each party’s state committee as expressed in the party state committee’s bylaws.
